Responsibilities

Assist with management functions, processes, and analytical methods to gather, analyze and evaluate information required by the Directorate. Assist by drawing conclusions and devising solutions to situations relating to organizational structures and resource requirements, utilization, or control. Provide assistance of the assessment of the Directorate to determine short-range and long-range functional manning requirements. Assist in the evaluation and analysis of the disciplines and related specialized skill requirements for changing programs and missions for the Directorate and Divisional levels. Assist with briefing representatives for the purpose of explaining human resource issues. Assist in tracking Directorate personnel manning and in preparing organization charts. Apprise the Government human resource team of the location of spreadsheets, databases, briefing material, and documentation generated in the performance of management analyst support functions.

 

Assist in organizational data collection, evaluation, data management actions associated with monitoring the Directorate’s Officer Performance Report (OPR), Enlisted Performance Report (EPR), and military feedback programs. Assist with initiating military personnel actions to update and correct duty title/rater changes. Assist in reviewing OPRs and EPRs for the Directorate ensuring compliance with Directorate guidance and AF instructions. Assist with monitoring internal and external suspense dates for the OPRs, EPRs, and military feedback sessions. Assist with updating the resource manpower and personnel databases to formulate timeliness statistical analyses. Assist with briefing the monthly status information to the Director.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's Degree with minimum four (4) years direct experience or high school diploma and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience. A minimum of four (4) years of any experience must have been performed on DoD programs/projects. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills required.  Requires current active Secret level security clearance and ability to maintain clearance.
