Seeking experienced professional Mid-Level Recruiter to perform full life-cycle recruiting for cleared and non-cleared candidates to support federal contracts.  Work closely with hiring managers assessing recruiting needs and efficiently source and hire qualified professionals. 


  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
  • 5+ years experience with IT/Cyber Security recruiting.
  • Must have proven success and experience recruiting technical candidates at all levels for federal contracts.
  • Experience using social media, strong web navigation skills and a high comfort level with various Microsoft applications required.
  • Hands on experience with web based talent management systems, including iCIMS, required.  
  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures and processes of tehnical recruiting, including relevant laws, standards, policies and documentation.
  • Requires excellent team work, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.  
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
