  • Assist in human capital strategic planning for the acquisition workforce and provide expertise on workforce management issues.
  • Make recommendations on establishment of workforce goals, hiring objectives, and the formulation of program direction.
  • Develop policies for effective use of acquisition workforce development funds including tracking, distribution, and management of funding allocations.
  • Develop creative policies to ensure the consistent and future-oriented development of the workforce.
  • Any other tasks closely associated with the performance of duties list above.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Total of 20 years or more of government acquisition experience.
  • Strong initiative, detail oriented, organizational skills, and aptitude for analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
