Seeking a professional and experienced Technical Communications/Training SME-Program Manager to join our on-site client-facing team. The successful candidate should have significant experience delivering technical communications/training for cybersecurity technologies. Will work across all areas to evaluate, recommend, develop and deliver technical training for CISO Engineering solutions to the end users in coordination with the individual project teams. Will also help deliver comms/tech training internally to the Corporate Information Security Office (CISO) Engineering team as well

  • Manage / plan work for multiple teams:
    • Drive weekly sprints; define quarterly/annual goals
    • Define and develop metrics to measure key indicators including value, efficiency and effectiveness
    • Track and report on the efforts of up to 20 project teams or technology functions
  • Experience transitioning projects/services into on-going operational modes
  • Prepare justifications and business cases for recommendations on Cybersecurity initiatives
  • Make recommendations of staffing and quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop and present program status / metrics to senior CISO management
  • Identify roadblocks and propose effective solutions


  • Over 8 years’ experience with technical program management.
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • Certification in one or more of; GIAC Certified Project Manager (GCPM), GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Project Management Professional (PMP) or other industry recognized security certification(s).
  • Exceptional communications, both oral and written.
  • Technical background and experience with training technical staff
  • General experience with Security Operation tools inclusive of products from SPLUNK, FireEye, Looking Glass, Intel, Endgame, StealthWatch, RSA, Tanium.
  • US Citizenship status and Active DoD Secret Clearance (preferred), must successfully complete the government's security process (required).
