Responsibilities

We are looking for a professional and experienced Presentation, Protocol and Operations Support individual. The successful candidate will assist with any presentation, protocol, operational or administrative tasks to support senior management. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate schedules and taskings for senior management officers. 
  • Prepare briefing slides for staff and coordinate briefing inputs. 
  • Prepare summary packages and charts to target audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years experience with presentation, protocol and operations staffing experience.
  • 3+ years experience in multimedia and computer-generated graphics. 
  • 3+ years experience with DoD data processing standards.
  • Familiar with technical writing.
  • Must have active DoD Secret clearance.
