Seeking a professional and experienced Sr. Program Manager with a cyber monitoring and measurement and analysis discipline background to join our on-site client-facing team and supporting the Threat Operations and Threat Intelligence Unit.  This team area is responsible for instantiating the Monitoring and Measurement & Analysis RMM (Resilience Management Model - RMM) processes along with instantiating identified recommendations within the area. 

• Providing input to, facilitating, tracking and coordinating the roadmap and activities of Monitoring and Measurement and Analysis for USPS through (but not limited to) the following activities:
  • Instantiation and ongoing maintenance of the RMM Monitoring (MON) Process Area
  • Instantiation and ongoing maintenance of the RMM Monitoring (MON) Process Area
  • Instantiation and ongoing maintenance of Monitoring and Measurement and Analysis-related improvement recommendations
• Establishing and maintaining the program, refining requirements, identifying infrastructure and gaps, specifying measurements and analysis procedures, collecting and recording information from various sources, analyzing measurement data, and distributing information

• Must have 8+ years of strong project management, collaboration and strategy development
• skills in program management and managing large-sized projects through Agile and Waterfall.
• Project Management Program (PMP) Certification
• Lean management and knowledge of RMM a plus.
• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Must have demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Fundamental project management skills within a matrix environment and a solid foundation in business process management, tool design, and optimization - excellent understanding of the core competencies: (scope, time, budget, risk, quality, integration, resource management, and communications).
• Strong time management and multitasking skills as well as attention to detail.
• Experience working with multiple high priority tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable documenting and defining system security requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills, including writing comprehensive reports and white papers.
• Ability to learn and communicate IT, networking, and security concepts to personnel at all levels of experience and responsibility, including non-technical leaders.
• Senior level documentation and reporting skills.
• Experience as a government contractor.
