    Seeking a professional Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in a fast-paced and small business federal contracting environment.


    Roles/Responsibilities include:

    • Perform office management functions (front desk, inventory, mail, order supplies, water plants, restock kitchen, run dishwasher)
    • Provide general executive and administrative support to back office
    • Act as Deltek administrator by resetting employee passwords and sending timesheet reminders
    • Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiting team to post job openings in iCIMS, Dice and college job boards
    • Create and maintain job templates and compliance forms on SharePoint site
    • Extend offers and complete reference checks for prospective new hires
    • Maintain records and ensure payout for all employee referral bonuses
    • Assist with interview scheduling and coordination
    • Facilitate new hire communications
    • Order and distribute ID badges, business cards and parking passes to new employees
    • Review employee expense reports for accuracy and completion
    • Format resumes for upcoming proposals
    • Assist with NikSoft social media branding (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
    • Source resumes for recruiting team
    • Record weekly staff meeting minutes and upload to SharePoint site
    • Maintain up-to-date employee roster and resume repository
    • Research pricing for various vendors as needed


    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 1+ years of professional administrative experience
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Strong critical thinking and time management skills
    • Positive attitude and openness to coaching
    • Be able to obtain a general and favorable background check
