    Seeking a professional and experienced Mobility Readiness Administrative Services Manager to join our team. Responsibilities include:

    • Prepare and process individuals for deployments/re-deployments to/from combat zones, exercises, and other locations based on US Government, DOD, AF, COCOM, and any other applicable guidance.
    • Coordinate and schedule required pre-departure training with the deploying personnel and contingency exercises to include deployment tasking processing
    • Coordinate Total Force Awareness Training, basic Airmen Readiness, and Basic Deployment Readiness from Advanced Distributed Learning Service
    • Prepare and submit a list of requirements for purchase to squadron leadership for approval in support of mobility/readiness requirements
    • Distribute deployment equipment specified by location specific Reporting Instructions, organizations or guidance from organizations, maintain this equipment, and distribute individual equipment for deploying personnel utilizing current host base and AFI guidance
    • Manage deployment reporting in the Air Expeditionary Force Unit Type Code (UTC) Reporting Tool (ARTool) including UTC posturing and individual status updates in Status of Resource and Training Reporting System (SORTS) and the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS).
    • Interface with Government-designated Commercial Travel Office (CTO), Air Mobility Command liaison officers, Force Generation Cell, and unit/group/wing resource advisors to arrange and/or de-conflict deployment/re-deployment travel
    • Coordinate with wing, base and higher headquarters offices on deployment issues and maintain mobility folders/documentation
    • Maintain unit passport roster, recall roster, and manage recall procedures for real world and exercise events
    • Schedule members to maintain qualification for AFI dictated small arms training
    • Coordinate with members and Operations Group Mobility office (OG/OGX) for required mobility folder reviews
    • Track Government Travel Card (GTC) delinquencies and aircrew DTS order/voucher status.
    • Manage Unit Fitness Program and fulfill duties of Unit Fitness Program Monitor (UFPM), to include scheduling and tracking completion of fitness assessments.
    • Fulfill duties of Additional Duty Unit Training Manager (ADUTM) as mandated by AFI, to include management/completion of AF Form 2096’s and training notification reports on individual personnel (RIP).


    • Possess knowledge of military organizational and functional responsibilities

    • Computer based training scheduling and integrated management systems
    • Experience working with DRRS or similar mobility programs.
    • One-year experience working in a squadron-level or higher mobility office and attend necessary UDM training.
