    NikSoft is currently conducting a search for a professional and experienced Planner Support to add in support of its team in Oakland, California.

    Responsibilities

    • Minimum of 10yrs experience preparing environmental assessments and categorical exclusion determinations
    • Conduct NHPA Section 106 consultations (including coordination with Native American Tribes) and preparing memoranda of agreement, ESA consulting and preparing Biological Assessments and coordinating under the Coastal Zone Management Act.
    • Experience shall include preparing and obtaining Corps of Engineers permits for construction and dredging projects, including preparing and managing Sampling and Analysis Plans.
    • Requires in-depth project management expertise, detailed analytical and problem-solving skills addressing complex environmental issues and the ability to bring them to resolution.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors’ Degree
    • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Windows, MS Office and FAR
    • Successful outcome in the DHS background process

     

    **US Citizenship required and must be able to pass the DHS background process**
