    NikSoft is currently conducting a search for a professional and experienced Management Analyst Support to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in a fast-paced and small business federal contracting environment. 

    Responsibilities

    • The candidate will assist with management functions, processes, and analytical methods to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by the Directorate. They will aid by:
      • Drawing conclusions and devising solutions to situations relating to organizational structures and resource requirements, utilization, or control.
      • Provide assistance of the assessment of the Directorate to determine short-range and long-range functional manning requirements; assisting in the evaluation and analysis of the disciplines and related specialized skill requirements for changing programs and missions for the Directorate and Divisional levels.
      • Brief representatives for the purpose of explaining human resource issues, assist in tracking Directorate personnel manning, and in preparation of organization charts
      • Apprise the Government human resource team of the location of spreadsheets, databases, briefing material, and documentation generated in the performance of management analyst support functions.
    • Manage the Directorate’s Emergency Management (EM) Program, Anti-terrorism (AT) Program, and Safety Program. In coordination, will brief in-processing personnel on mandatory safety, AT and EM matters.
    • Provide Personnel Security support in the following areas:
      • Prepare interim clearance packages
      • Attend weekly Information Protection Stand Up
      • Monitor employee clearance eligibility and notify personnel when eligibility change is effective
      • Prepare Security Information File (SIF) closure packages
      • Facilitate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
      • Assist in review and comparison of Security Access Requirement (SAR) to Unit Manning Document on the entire directorate’s personnel
      • Coordinate a SAR Code Review with each division
      • Monitor suspensions

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience. A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted by an Associate degree with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience or six (6) years of relevant work experience
    • A minimum of two (2) years of any experience must have been performed on DoD programs/projects.
    • Experience and degree requirements must be in a field relevant to functional area.

     

    ** US Citizenship status is required and an active Secret Clearance; must successfully complete the government's security process (required) **
