    NikSoft is currently seeking a confident, resourceful and self-initiating Business Development leader with the ability to drive Navy Programs business growth to join our team.

    Responsibilities

    • The candidate will have a unique ability to use his/her relationships and develop networks, along with highly developed account management skills.
    • He/she will have experience working in the US Government specifically Navy and NAVAIR with hands-on experience in the developing strategies and solutions to respond to Government Request for Proposals (RFP) or has worked in the NAVAIR Community during their military career and understands their processes for acquisition, services, MRO and technology advancements.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience pursuing, shaping and developing customer confidence on medium to large pursuits in the military training market.
    • Military experience (Navy desired)
    • Experience working with command senior leadership and other senior officer positions is important.
    • Experience delivering the full life cycle of business development activities, including market analysis, opportunity identification and qualification, pipeline management, and the development and execution of win strategies.
    • Strong experience with Federal contracts required including IDIQs and GWACs such as Alliant
    • Technical program and/or prior IT/COTS experience
    • Demonstrated success record of executing customer call plans
    • Effective fostering of industry partnerships
    • Exceptional relationship management skills
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Self-motivated, organized and creative
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
    • Exceptional relationship management skills
    • Independent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
    • Comfortable and confident using technology as an integral part of the sales process, with particular experience using GovWin IQ
    • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate uncertainty
    • Interest in working as part of a small company, with awareness about the opportunities and challenges that come with a highly adaptive environment

    **U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain a favorable BI check**
