    NikSoft is currently conducting a search for a professional and experienced Senior Management Analyst Support to join its team. The candidate will assist with management functions, processes, and analytical methods to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by the Directorate.  They will aid by:

    Responsibilities

    • Drawing conclusions and devising solutions to situations relating to organizational structures and resource requirements, utilization, or control.
    • Provide assistance of the assessment of the Directorate to determine short-range and long-range functional manning requirements; assisting in the evaluation and analysis of the disciplines and related specialized skill requirements for changing programs and missions for the Directorate and Divisional levels.
    • Brief representatives for the purpose of explaining human resource issues, assist in tracking Directorate personnel manning, and in preparation of organization charts
    • Apprise the Government human resource team of the location of spreadsheets, databases, briefing material, and documentation generated in the performance of management analyst support functions.
    • The candidate will serve as Executive Assistant for the Air Force PEO, Deputy Director, and Program Manager for the ISR and SOF Directorate. In this function, the successful candidate will:
      • Ensure Military Performance Reports are completed and acute for AFLCMC/CC signature
      • Proofread performance reports for accuracy before sending to the AFLCMC/WI Directorate Executive Officer for review/processing
    • Post Officer Performance Report (OPR) notices, initial OPR drafts, and officer/enlisted reports in virtual Personnel Center which includes:
      • Corresponding with branch, division, and directorate representatives to ensure a comprehensive and suitable product
      • Complete OPR Shell in virtual Personnel Center (vPC), enabling supervisors to have correct data and completed reports
      • Track status of all OPRs through vPC and compared with branch and divisions to ensure timeliness of reports
    • Assist in organizing, preparing, and coordinating briefings and other activities for the PEO ISR & SOF and Deputy Director with their Directorate team. Ensuring all pr-brief and background material are provided for meetings
    • Coordinate visits from General Officers and Senior Executive Services, ensuring clearances are in place, reserve parking, room prep, and visitor badges are available. Also, will coordinate coverage of PEO’s calendar during the time the PEO is unavailable
    • Assist the program team by performing calendar management, email communications, file planning (electronic and hard copy), preparation of documents, and correspondence. Will also review documents and provide quality checks for packages prior to PEO and Deputy PEO signature; proofread and identify errors and make corrections
    • The candidate will also perform the following administrative functions in support of the customer/program team: military correspondence, monitoring of multi-lined phone system, screening of visitors
    • Additional duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Master’s degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience. A Master’s degree may be substituted by a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience or twelve (12) years of relevant work experience
    • A minimum of four (4) years of any experience must have been performed on DoD programs/projects.
    • Experience and degree requirements must be in a field relevant to functional area.

    ** US Citizenship status is required and an active Secret Clearance; must successfully complete the government's security process (required) **
