    NikSoft is searching for a Technical Program Manager to join our on-site client-facing team. Responsibilities include management and oversight of large-scale enterprise programs and technical projects including planning, design, development, testing, and successful delivery.


    • Work directly with executive level stakeholders to communicate plans and status.
    • Quickly learn the business and functional domain and provide oversight to the program team; and effectively communicate and collaborate with external stakeholders.
    • Provide technical oversight and assess compliance with end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
    • Provide subject matter expertise (including industry best practices) in the Business Intelligence, Data Visualization and Reporting domain.
    • Responsible for Communication, Schedule, Risks, and Issues management and tracking for the overall program.
    • Effectively collaborate and communicate with geographically dispersed resources and stakeholders including program executives, project team resources, end-users, and external customers.
    • Work directly with stakeholders and product owners to align their vision with the best and technically feasible solutions.
    • Work with project teams to provide immediate support on any reported issues, whether from a production environment or encountered during internal testing.
    • Work effectively in a multi-vendor environment with strong focus on the customer mission and delivery.


    • 10+ years of program/project management experience leading large-scale enterprise software development projects, preferably in a federal setting.
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience management schedules, risks/issues, and communication for large technical programs.
    • Strong technical background and experience in software development.
    • Experience and high familiarity with the Business Intelligence, Data Visualization and Reporting domain.
    • Proven experience in learning and becoming a subject matter expert in new business/functional domains.
    • Strong communication skills with proven ability to direct and manage large project teams in a geographically dispersed and multi-vendor environment.
    • Experience in developing solutions that leverage massive amounts of data (terabytes and above).
    • Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
    • Must be a US Citizen and have resided in the US for the past 5 years to qualify for the government's security process (required).

    Desired Qualifications:

    • PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications.
    • Experience working with the United States Postal Service or other similar large-scale enterprises.
